The folks at Replicarz are at it again. After the first giveaway (1:18 scale 1884 Tom Sneva, and 1973 Swede Savage) went so well, they wanted to do it again. Vice President Brian Fothergill is the one really making this happen. He’s extremely excited about their newest release, the 1:43 scale Blue Crown Specials, which were just recently released. He is so excited about them, that he is letting me give some away just in time for Christmas.
The Blue Crown Spark Plug cars are the the 1947, 1948, and 1949 Indianapolis 500 winners. Mauri Rose drove the first two (#27, #3) and Bill Holland drove the #7 car to victory lane in 1949.
