The long off-season for the Verizon IndyCar Series continues, but that doesn’t mean the fun has to stop.
The great people at Replicarz are once again allowing me to give away one of their incredible 1:18 scale diecasts. These fine scale cars are highly detailed, resin cast models that feature glass gauges and rubber tires. The driver cockpit is created with precision, and not even the smallest details are ignored. If you haven’t seen these models up-close and in person, you need to check them out. They truly are a masterful work of art.
The specific car that we will be giving away this time is the 1939 Boyle Special that Wilbur Shaw drove to victory lane in the 27th Running of the Indianapolis 500. This was the second of Shaw’s three Indy 500 victories, and it came in one of the most beautiful roadsters of all-time. The design of this machine is amazing, and the color really makes it pop.
